At Thrive In Nature, every product is handcrafted in small batches using natural ingredients and contains no synthetic stabilizers or unnecessary fillers. Because of this, our products may soften or melt when exposed to high temperatures during shipping.
 
To help protect your order, we take extra care during the warmer months by shipping with ice packs, added insulation, and, when possible, pre-chilling products before they leave our studio. Even with these precautions, exposure to heat during transit may still cause products to soften.
 
If your product arrives soft or melted, there's no need to worry—its quality, effectiveness, and safety have not been affected. Simply allow it to cool at room temperature or place it in the refrigerator for a short time until it firms back up.
 
By placing an order, you acknowledge that temperature-related changes are a natural characteristic of our products. Items that soften or melt during shipping are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.
 
We also recommend bringing your package indoors as soon as it is delivered, as we cannot be responsible for products left in hot mailboxes, on porches, or in other high-temperature environments after delivery.
